Night Sky on the first of Ramadan 1446 AH, Muslim Center of Greater Princeton, West Windsor, NJ
Alhamdulillah, on the evening of 28 February, 2025, with approximately 15 men, women and children the hilal of Ramadan was sighted with the naked eye at the Muslim Center of Greater Princeton (MCGP) in West Windsor, NJ. The hilal was also sighted in various locations in the United States of America with the naked eye including Houston, TX, Atlanta, GA, and Memphis, TN. Due overwhelming reports of sightings, including our own, the first of Ramadan 1446 AH will correspond with the first of March 2025. Alhamdulillah, Allah has answered our prayers and allowed us to reach Ramadan. May Allah preserve our fasts and prayers and bless us not to be deprived in this blessed month of the Quran. Ramadan Mubarak!!!
