This evening, the 25th of July 2025, which corresponds to the 29th of Muharram, the hilal of Safar was sighted in Atlanta, GA, Blacksburg, Va, Memphis, TN and Phoenix, AZ. I searched for the hilal in the parking lot in the Muslim Center of Greater Princeton (MCGP). Unfortunately, the western horizon was cloudy. Therefore, the first of Safar, will correspond with 26 July, 2025 CE.
