The Month of Muharram 1446 AH was a 30-day month. The 30^TH of Muharram 1446 AH corresponded with August 5^th, 2024. The month of Safar began on the evening of August 5^th, 2024. The hilal was also sighted in California. The first day of Safar, 1446 AH corresponded with August 6^th, 2024. May Allah bless us as we continue through this auspicious year of 1446 AH.
